Environmental
Services
The protection of the Environment is at the core of our business values and everything we do.

Embark Consulting Environmental Services have been defined to support organisations through the early planning stages of each project to define those present risks that could cause potential impacts.
Environmental
Impact study
We regularly prepare Environmental Impact Studies (EIS) for projects at various scales in response to municipal, provincial and/or regulations and policies.
These studies involve assessments of existing conditions, liaison between clients and various agencies, and recommendations for mitigation and management.
Environmental
Impact Assessment
A key feature of the process of securing consents for projects is the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment which are required to explain the detail of a project and examine its effects on physical, natural and social environment. Our EIA services examine how adverse effects on the environment are to be avoided, remedied or mitigated. In certain cases, information on alternatives can be supplied. As a component of this work we also have staff who specialise in social impact assessment.
Environmental
Management
With our talented pool of Environmental Consultants and Managers, we are perfectly positioned to support your project through its very earliest stages and support through to completion and on into full operations. To compliment this, we provide our specialist resources on an outsourced basis to our clients to work as part of their delivery team and to monitor, manage and report on all aspects relating to the Environment on your project.
All our Environmental Managers have a minimum of 10 years experience of supporting both project and corporate functions within SMEs and Multi-national organisations, supporting a wide range of projects from Mining/Oil & Gas exploration to Chemical processing and decommissioning.

Additionally, our Environmental Managers are available to support smaller projects remotely, on a call-off basis, and mobilise to sites on an ad-hoc basis when activities on site require.
